RESILIENCE OF CRITICAL ENTITIES AND PROTECTION OF CRITICAL INFRASTRUCTURES
The National Centre for Coordination of Critical Infrastructure Protection serves as the national coordinating authority in the fields of resilience of critical entities and critical infrastructure protection, providing the technical and methodological framework in accordance with the provisions of Government Emergency Ordinance no. 98/2010 on the identification, designation and protection of critical infrastructures, approved with amendments by Law no. 18/2011, as well as Law no. 294/2024 on the resilience of critical entities, which transposes at national level the provisions of Directive (EU) 2022/2557 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 14 December 2022 on the resilience of critical entities.
