in accordance with the provisions of art. 8 para. (5) of the Emergency Ordinance no. 98/2010 regarding the identification, designation and protection of critical infrastructures, approved with amendments by Law no. 18/2011, with the subsequent amendments and additions, within one year of the designation of an ICN/ICE, the responsible public authorities and the owners/operators/administrators of ICN/ICE have the obligation to ensure the training of liaison officers for the security of ICN/ICE and the personnel assigned to perform duties in the field of critical infrastructure protection in educational units for training and professional development, under the law.
