The "Public Administration" sector is constituted by the category of entities - Entities of the central public administration, as defined in the Government Emergency Ordinance no. 57/2019 on the Administrative Code, with subsequent amendments and additions

in accordance with the provisions DECISION no. 55 of January 31, 2025 for the approval of the list of competent sectoral authorities in the field of resilience of critical entities , the sectoral competent authority for the "Public Administration" sector is the Ministry of Development, Public Works and Administration.
